The Sail Away - Facilities & Information

The Sail Away is ideally located close to the heart of Dartmouth town centre and the riverfront. Offering on site parking for up to two cars and spacious accommodation for up to 6 people. This two bedroom maisonette allows for flexible sleeping arrangements. Bedroom one offers a super king bed and bedroom two can be made into a super king or twin room. In addition, the lounge benefits from a double sofa bed which can be made available on request.

On entering this property into the hallway on the lower ground floor you will find the family bathroom, with separate shower and bath and both spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms contain ample hanging and drawer storage. There is also a small utility room housing a washing machine plus coat and shoe storage for guest use.

From the hallway, stairs lead to the upper ground floor where you will find the kitchen diner, additional W/C and the large living room. The kitchen contains an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, 4-slice toaster and a coffee machine. The bay-fronted living room has a four-seater and a three-seater Chesterfield sofa plus a separate arm chair; the four-seater sofa also doubling up as a sofa bed. There is a smart TV and DVD player.

The property has fibre broadband. A travel cot and high chair are available. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome at the property on request and for an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay.

All bedding and bath towels are included. Beach towels are not included.

All bedding is supplied and both bedrooms will be made up as 2 SuperKing beds unless you request prior to arrival that the pink bedroom is made as 2 singles.

Sofa bed – the sofa bed is the larger sofa in the living room.

A few rules so you and future guests enjoy your stay, and so we are mindful of our neighbours.

1. No smoking inside the property. 
2. Be mindful of our neighbours and be respectful with the level of noise. 
3. Report any damages immediately.
4. Remove any waste on waste collection days and at the end of your stay.
5. Do not leave dogs unattended in the property and do not allow dogs on the beds or the furniture.
6. Please ensure that all windows are closed and doors locked when leaving the property.
