NOTES:

A separate fee of £70 per stay is chargeable in addition to the rates above to cover cleaning and change over costs. Pet fee is £20 per pet (maximum 2 dogs).

Payment terms: deposit of 50% payable within 3 days of booking. Payments are non-refundable but there will be at 10% discount if the entire booking sum is paid within 3 days of booking. If your booking is within 4 weeks of the booking confirmation the full cost is payable upfront. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to your stay.
